People from all walks of life practise Tai Chi for different reasons, most people benefit from these slow and relaxed movements. Tai chi and Qi gong are great ways to exercise and are suitable for anyone of any age. If Tai Chi or Qigong is something you have always wanted to try or if you have previous experience then please contact us and join in on one of our classes.
On Mondays the beginner’s class runs from 10:15 am - 11:15 am and our intermediates class runs from 11:15 am – 12:15 pm. We practise the Cheng Man Ching style Tai Chi and run through a number of different Qigong sets. Pease have a look at our website for further details.
