Contact; Jennifer Wasson 01395 445973 I have been teaching yoga for 30 years and Keep Fit prior to that. I teach BWY Hatha style yoga and include asana, pranayama, meditation relaxation and the general philosophy of yoga as a lifestyle into my classes. I continue to keep my training up to date. All levels of ability including beginners are welcome, please contact me for details and to discuss any medical concerns. The classes are Gentle Yoga 5.30 – 6.30 and General Yoga 7 – 8.30, both classes are drop in and pay as you go, they run all year. You will receive a warm welcome and I look forward to meeting you.
