I have been teaching yoga for 30 years and Keep Fit prior to that. I teach BWY Hatha style yoga and include asana, pranayama, meditation relaxation and the general philosophy of yoga as a lifestyle into my classes. I continue to keep my training up to date.
All levels of ability including beginners are welcome, please contact me for details and to discuss any medical concerns as a basic medical questionnaire will be completed.
The class is Wed 7 – 8.30 all year and generally is a drop in class but with Covid restrictions you need to pre book and pay on the night. £8. You will receive a warm welcome and I look forward to meeting you.
